Welcome Summer!

Summer is officially here & it's come with a bang.. 101 degrees today ~ whew! But I love this time of year. My days have been busy with basic warm weather activities; going out in the boat, hitting the beach, crab pickin', swimming in pools, a trip to Busch Gardens & my 31st Phish show in Portsmouth. After the show, a group of us stayed in one of the sketchiest motel rooms I've ever been in. It's too bad that my camera still isn't functioning, so I could provide some visuals. Terry has taken it apart & fooled around with it, but I'm thinking it's a lost cause. This is tough for someone who averages about 200 pictures a week. I'll figure something out soon, though.

Blogging hasn't been on my mind much lately. I have been spending less time on the computer, which I must admit I've surprisingly enjoyed. erica & doug's wedding

Erica & I met when we were in Brownies (girl scouts) together & have been friends ever since. She met Doug in '08. He's a great guy who adores Lilli, Erica's 3 year old daughter. They were married this past Sunday. Despite a rain storm 10 minutes before the ceremony, the afternoon was filled with dancing, food, good music, & lots of laughs.
